CLEVELAND - After ruling two apartment complex fires in Windham arson, investigators are offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest.
The State Fire Marshal's Office said an apartment on East Center Street was intentionally set on fire Jan. 18. Eight days later, the same thing happened at a unit on Maple Grove.
Both apartments were vacant and no injuries were reported.
Investigators believe the same person set both apartments on fire.
Up to a $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible.
Two fires on Aug. 30, 2011 in Windham were ruled arson. In these cases, a juvenile was arrested and convicted.
In 2010, three fires in September were all ruled arson. No arrests have been made in connection to the blazes.
