Police break up large fight at Ravenna bar

RAVENNA, Ohio - Ravenna police broke up a large fight early Saturday morning at the East Main Saloon.

Police were called to the bar at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday for a large fight.

When officers arrived, they said more than 75 people were involved in the fight around the bar area.

Officers from Kent City Police, Kent State University Police, Portage County Sheriff's Office, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Streetsboro Police Department, Brimfield Township Police and Mantua Police Departments were called in to assist in dispersing the crowd.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested for failure to disperse and a 26-year-old man was arrested for resisting arrest.

Ravenna Police are continuing to investigate.
