RAVENNA, Ohio - A Ravenna Township mother is behind bars for allegedly cooking meth inside her home where her 8-year-old son lived.
Krimson Cadle, 27, was arrested by Portage County sheriff's deputies and charged with numerous drug counts and child endangering.
Authorities got a tip from the Portage County Job and Family Services of a possible meth lab inside Cadle's home on St. Rt. 59.
Drug agents did a follow-up investigation which confirmed the meth lab inside the house. When the task force arrived to the home, they were greeted by Cadle and her live-in boyfriend, who she has a court ordered temporary protection order against.
Cadle was then arrested and taken to the Portage County Jail.
A chemical disposal team was called to the house to remove all toxic chemicals from the property.
Additional charges are pending.
