Kent Police seek identification of train accident victim

KENT, Ohio - The Kent Police Department is asking for the public’s help with identifying the victim of a fatal train accident.

Early Sunday morning, a man was struck by a train on the CSX Railroad tracks, about one mile north of Middlebury Road in the area of the Hike and Bike Bridge.

The victim is described as a white male, approximately six feet tall, thin to medium build, long dark hair, brown eyes, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and Converse brand black canvas shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Kent Police Department at 330.673.7732.
