Kent man charged with burglary, sexual imposition

KENT, Ohio - A Kent man has been charged with sexual imposition and burglary.
Ahmed Refaie, 25, was arrested and charged after an incident that occurred on Monday, October 15.
A woman reported that Refaie had unwanted sexual contact with her and forced his way into her apartment.
Refaie was captured on surveillance cameras at the woman’s apartment building. Kent police posted a photo from the surveillance on their Facebook page and a tip led to his identification.
Refaie is currently being held at the Kent Police Department.
