WINDHAM TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A 42-year-old man was arrested after police say they found 90 marijuana plants in the home he shares with his two sons.
The Portage County Drug Task Force searched Brett R. Pesicek’s Windham Township home on Friday following several months of investigating. The Portage County Sheriff’s Office said they believed Pesicek was selling pot from his home on Gotham Road.
In the basement of his house, task force agents found a false wall, which concealed an indoor grow operation. Deputies said they seized 90 plants that ranged from starter plants to others that were 5 feet tall. They also seized lights, fans, humidifiers and various drug paraphernalia.
According to deputies, Pesicek is the owner of All American Concrete and he lived at the house with his two sons, ages 12 and 18.
He has been charged with cultivating and trafficking marijuana and endangering children. Additional charges could be filed once the case is presented to a grand jury.
