MEDINA, Ohio - Medina police have arrested a man accused of stomping on a 7-year-old boy's face.
According to Medina police, Kristopher Fetterman, 32, was charged with child endangering, domestic violence and threatening domestic violence after he stomped on his girlfriend's 7-year-old son's face, leaving a shoe imprint behind.
Police said the incident happened Wednesday, Feb. 27, just before school. The child arrived to school with a shoe imprint on his face. That's when school officials called both the boy's mother and Kristopher Fetterman.
Fetterman admitted to kicking the boy in the face but did not cite a specific reason why.
The child was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Fetterman was arrested and booked into the Medina County Jail. He will be arraigned in Medina Municipal Court on March 6 at 8:30 a.m.
