BRUNSWICK, Ohio - Police in Brunswick, Parma and Cleveland are looking for a man they say has been robbing area convenience stores.

The latest robbery happened at the BP gas station on Rt. 303 in Brunswick on Saturday. Authorities said similar robberies took place in Parma on Nov. 8 at the Discount Cigarette Mart, and in Cleveland on Nov. 16 at the Mini Mart Express.

Police said the suspect is a white man in his early-to-mid 20's, with tattoos on the backs of both hands. He weighs 140-150 pounds and is roughly 5'7".

"In each case, the individual asked for a carton of Newport cigarettes," said Brunswick public information officer Nick Solar.

After asking for the carton of cigarettes, the man tells the clerk it was a robbery.

If you recognize the suspect, Brunswick Police ask that you call them at (330) 225-9111.
