HINCKLEY TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A man was injured after his pickup truck flipped over and struck a house in Medina County Thursday.
The crash happened at 12:47 p.m. at the “T” intersection of Babcock Road and Stony Hill Road in Hinckley Township.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Sebastian Zlotkowski of Hinckley was driving and didn’t stop at the stop sign, continuing into a yard. He then struck a tree and a rock before overturning and hitting the house.
The patrol said Zlotkowski was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not considered life threatening.
Troopers said a woman was inside the home at the time of the crash, but she was not hurt. Her house sustained damage to its foundation, though.
The OSHP said alcohol is not a factor in the crash. Zlotkowski was charged with failing to yield at a stop sign and failing to wear a safety belt.
