BRUNSWICK, Ohio - Members of a Brunswick Catholic church choir spent part of the weekend in a recording session.
Saint Ambrose music ministry members are working on their second CD. It is called "Be with us, Mary," which includes 22 songs about the Mother Mary. "Because Mary is such a big part of our Catholic faith we wanted to do the CD in honor of her," said organizer Tom Bonezzi.
The money from sales of the CD will be used for new music equipment and to help others."Part of the money from the sales will go to the American Cancer Society," said music ministry assistant Helen Lanzarotta. The CD is dedicated to a member who recently passed away from cancer, Rose Golan.
The CD is expected to released locally in December.
