CLEVELAND - Dozens of Brunswick school students wrapped gifts to help other kids and raise money for Northeast Ohio's Make-A-Wish Foundation.
BEAT students, backpack journalists, from the Brunswick Schools Video Program took part in a fundraiser for the foundation.
The kids wrapped gifts at the Barnes & Noble bookstore with all donations going to the Northeast Ohio Make-A-Wish Foundation.
"Make-A-Wish is a great organization that our students are honored to support," said Teri Theobald, BEAT General Manager.
In Medina County, the Make-a-Wish Foundation has touched the lives of 90 families since 1983.
“Students for Wish Kids allow schools and other youth organizations to get involved with the Foundation by raising funds to grant wishes locally,” said Kim Sazima, spokesperson for the Northeast Ohio Make-a-Wish Foundation Students.
