BRUNSWICK,Ohio - Nearly 100 Brunswick High School students spent hours on Wednesday blowing up nearly a thousand balloons.
The students blew up the balloons, tied them, bagged them and transported them to the high school stadium.
"Here in Brunswick, we're a family, we all come together and we won't let anyone forget this," said Brunswick High School Junior Alex Hulvalchick.
The balloons are for the four Brunswick High School students killed in a car crash in early June -- Jeffrey Chaya, 18, Blake Bartchak, 17, Kevin Fox, 18 and Lexi Poerner, 16.
The community is planning a balloon launch at the high school stadium Wednesday evening beginning at 5 p.m.
"We are going to celebrate their lives so we can remember all of the good times, not just in their death," said Hulvalchick.
