BRUNSWICK, Ohio - Brunswick police are urging motorists to be alert after a spike in deer-related crashes throughout the city.

Officers tweeted that they have responded to at least five car versus deer wrecks in the past two weeks.

The crashes are happening predominately on the highway along Interstate 71 and Route 303.
