HOMERVILLE, Ohio - A 2-year-old child was taken by medical helicopter to an area hospital after being hit by a pick-up truck.
The Medina County Sheriff’s Office said it happened at about 3:30 p.m. Monday on Jesse Lane in Homerville.
Life Flight was called to the area and transported the toddlers to Akron Children’s Hospital. The child’s condition is not known at this time.
The accident happened in a driveway, but the sheriff’s office and the Spencer Fire Department are still investigating what lead to the incident.
