ELYRIA, Oh - An Elyria man is facing charges, after admitting to police he beat two young brothers with a belt. Police arrested Antonio Jenkins Thursday, after the boys' mother called officers.

According to the police report, the boys, aged four and six, arrived home Thursday from a party, crying. They told their mother they were beaten with a belt. Their mother then contact officers.

The party was at Mr. Jenkins home. He told officers that he administered corporal punishment with a belt because the children were cussing and throwing rocks at his home.

Elyria police arrested Mr. Jenkins, and charged him with assault and took the belt as evidence. Mr. Jenkins is due in court next week.
