LORAIN, Ohio - The same man who robbed a Garfield Heights bank on Tuesday may have struck again, but this time in Lorain.
Just before 2 p.m. Wednesday, a man between 20 and 30 years old walked into the Chase Bank on Leavitt Road and demanded money, the FBI said.
The suspect was wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black gloves with white fingertips. He also had on an orange and white Tigers baseball hat.
FBI special agent Vicki Anderson said the robber got into a gray SUV with a partial Ohio temporary license plate of W92572. He appears to be the same person who robbed the Ohio Savings Bank at gunpoint on Tuesday, the FBI said.
No one was injured in either robbery.
Anyone with information should call the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Tips can remain anonymous, and reward money is available for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
