Man accused of murdering his Lorain girlfriend to have hearing in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Kentucky - The man accused of murdering his Lorain, Ohio girlfriend will have a hearing in Kentucky Friday.
Albert Fine, 30, is accused of murdering Catherine Hoholski, 26, of Lorain. He was arrested Thursday evening in Lexington, Kentucky.
Hoholski's body was found on Wednesday inside her apartment at the Villas of Beau Monde apartment complex on Tower Boulevard. Her cause of death has not been released.
According to Lorain Police Lt. Mark Carpentiere, if Fine doesn't fight extradition while in court, he'll be back in Ohio Friday. If he does, he won't be back in Lorain County until next week.
More details are expected to be released around noon Friday.
