Man accused of killing mother of child to return to Lorain from Kentucky

LORAIN, Ohio - The Lorain man accused of killing the mother of his young daughter will be brought back to Ohio.
On Aug. 8, the body of 26-year-old Catherine Hoholski was found in a plastic container behind her apartment building on Tower Boulevard in Lorain. The Lorain County Coroner’s Office said the remains had been there for about a month.
Soon after, U.S. Marshals arrested the father of Hoholski’s now-7-month-old daughter, 30-year-old Albert Fine, in Lexington, Kentucky. Lorain police said Fine was traveling with a woman, who was wanted for questioning, but was not arrested.
Lorain police Sgt. Mark Carpentiere said on Thursday that Fine has been cleared to be released. Two officers are heading to Kentucky to bring him back to Lorain, where he will appear in court on Monday, Carpentiere said.
Fine has been charged with murder and police said more charges are coming. He was expected to be extradited in the week after his arrest.
