LORAIN, Ohio - A repeat offender was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a girl in Lorain Tuesday.
Juan Zamarripa-Gonzalez, 23, was charged with public indecency for an incident that police say happened at 1:58 p.m. on the 1600 block of East 32nd Street.
A girl reported to police that she was walking home from school when the man pulled up his jacket and exposed himself. Police said the girl told them that the man had his pants either open or pulled down.
Other officers recognized the man as Zamarripa-Gonzalez from a description and previous incidents. They said they went to his house where the girl identified him as the suspect and police arrested him.
Zamarripa-Gonzalez has three other public indecency charges since July 2011.
He was in court Thursday morning where his charges were upgraded to felony. He was unable to pay the $5,000 bond that was set and put back in jail.
Zamarripa-Gonzalez 's next hearing will be Dec. 19 at 1 p.m.
