LORAIN, Ohio - A Lorain man pled not guilty to the murder of the mother of his child Tuesday.
Albert Fine, 30, was in court Tuesday, where the judge read all 17 counts he is charged with including theft, abuse of corpse and murder in the death of 26-year-old Catherine Hoholski.
No bond has been issued for Fine. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Dec. 14 at 9 a.m.
On Aug. 8, Hoholski’s body was found in a plastic container behind her apartment building on Tower Boulevard in Lorain. The Lorain County Coroner’s Office said the body was dismembered, both legs and left arm cut off, and the remains had been there for about a month.
Fine and Hoholski had a daughter together, who was 5 months old at the time of Hoholski’s death.
U.S. Marshals arrested Fine in Lexington, Kentucky. He was then extradited back to Ohio.
