Elyria apartment building floods; space heater shocks several residents

ELYRIA, Ohio - A person is transported to a local hospital after being shocked when an apartment building in Elyria floods.

Elyria firefighters confirmed they were called out to Valley Forge Circle for a shocking at an apartment building.

They said an apartment was semi under water due to flooding, and a space heater shocked several residents.

One person was transported by ambulance in unknown condition to a local hospital.

We are trying to confirm what caused the fire.
