LORAIN, Ohio - Lorain police have arrested a driver who has had 12 previous license suspensions.

Ramon Montanez was pulled over by Lorain police Wednesday for driving with expired plates.

He was arrested for driving with expired plates, driving with a suspended license and a seat belt violation.
