ELYRIA, Ohio - A 3-year-old Elyria boy who likes to sneak out of the house and wander hasn't gotten out since last week, but his mom was in court Wednesday.
Latasha Andrewski, 33, of Elyria, pleaded not guilty to child endangering charges and was given a personal bond of $1,000.
Police said her son, Trevor, has been found wandering the streets on four different occasions since October, 2012.
In October, Trevor was found about a half-mile from his home at Broad Street and Park Avenue, a busy intersection. It happened again in January. Most recently he got out on Feb. 13 and again on Feb. 14.
Lorain County Children's Services said they have an open investigation.
At one point when police went up to the boy, he told officers his name was “Trevor trouble.”
