WILLOUGHBY, Ohio - The Willoughby Hills Fire Department held its first HeadSmart pancake breakfast on Sunday to benefit a bicycle safety program for third graders.
The breakfast took place Sunday at Willoughby Hills Community Center on Chardon Road from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to supporting the department's HeadSmart program, which provides bicycle safety helmets annually to every third grader at Edison Elementary School.
