WILLOUGHBY, Ohio - Authorities in Willoughby said no one was injured after a fire broke out in a medical building located in the 6000 block of Commerce Circle.
The blaze broke out around 7:37 a.m. and fire investigators said they arrived three minutes later to battle the flames and smoke.
It took nearly two hours to get the fire under control, authorities said.
Cpt. Mlaker with Willoughby fire said the blaze is under investigation but appears to be accidental in nature.
A preliminary investigation found the fire started on the second and third floors in the area of the furnace room.
Damage is estimated at $750,000.
In all, Eastlake, Wickliffe, Kirtland, Willoughby Hills and Mentor fire departments all responded to the call for help.
