Mentor woman accused of credit card theft surrenders to police

MENTOR, Ohio - A Lake County woman accused of credit card theft has surrendered to police.

Mentor police announced on the department's Facebook page that Jeannine Planisek turned herself in Tuesday morning.

The surrender comes after police posted a picture of Planisek to the page, requesting information about her identity and whereabouts.

Planisek has been charged with felony receiving stolen property and forgery.

Mentor police said they are thankful to the public for their assistance.
