Mentor man, 23, arrested after allegedly raping 10-year-old girl

MENTOR, Ohio - A 23-year-old Mentor man is accused of raping a 10-year-old girl.
Nathaniel Hall was arrested and charged with rape, police said. He was arraigned Tuesday morning in Mentor Municipal Court.
Police said Hall was not a stranger to the victim.
Rape by force with a victim under the age of 13 is a first-degree felony and Hall could receive life in prison if found guilty.
