MENTOR, Ohio - A Mentor bank robber is no longer on the loose.
After presenting a note to a teller asking for all of the teller’s money, Stacey Robinson fled the PNC Bank on Mentor Avenue Thursday afternoon.
Witnesses of the robbery recognized Robinson as a regular customer of the bank.
According to a press release, Officers found the robber as he was leaving his home about an hour after he had robbed PNC Bank.
Robinson was arrested and charged with robbery.
Mentor Police are also investigating Robinson as a suspect in another bank robbery that happened in July at a Dollar Bank.
Robinson will appear in Mentor Municipal Court for the PNC robbery on Thursday.
