MENTOR, Ohio - Mentor will soon be the new home to the ever popular Melt Bar and Grilled restaurant. And now we know exactly where it will be located.
The restaurant website said they will be moving into an end storefront in the Points East Plaza at the corner of Rt. 306 and Mentor Avenue. Its official address is 7289 Mentor Ave.
Home to the popular gourmet grilled cheese sandwich, Melt Bar and Grilled in Mentor will be about the same size as its location in Independence. There's also a Melt in Cleveland Heights and Lakewood, where the eatery made its debut in 2006.
With the new eatery will come 50 jobs and a slated grand opening for sometime in October.
Founder Matt Fish said Melt Bar and Grilled "is busy all the time!" Regulars are known to drive an hour away to taste the food.
"It's an entity, a family, not merely a restaurant," said Fish on the website. "Actually, it's more of an event."
