EASTLAKE, Ohio - A Lake County man faces felony charges, after being caught inhaling chemicals from a stolen cleaning product inside a local Walmart.
Eastlake police posted to the department’s Facebook page that on Friday, officers observed the 19-year-old Perry man huff the contents of a can of compressed air used for cleaning computers at Walmart.
While arresting the man, officers also found a four-gram package of “WTF” potpourri—a synthetic type of bath salt or marijuana-like substance not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for human consumption.
Police arrested the 19-year-old on two felony charges and a misdemeanor theft charge for the cost of the $4.96 compressed can of air.
