CHARDON, Ohio - A concert, memorial walk and service activities are among the plans to commemorate the first anniversary of the shooting at Chardon High School that killed three students.

On the anniversary, there will be a memorial walk and candlelight vigil. Following the vigil, the Chardon United Methodist Church praise band will perform .
Students will participate in service activities, including making blankets for Project Linus, a non-profit organization that provides them to ill or traumatized children.
Prosecutors say 17-year-old T.J. Lane fired 10 shots at a group of students in the cafeteria. A judge has ordered a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
