VERMILION, Ohio - The city of Vermilion announced Saturday that a week-long boil alert was lifted.

A release from Mayor Eileen Bulan noted that work was continuing on the city’s clear well and that there would be a risk of low pressure or water main breaks until the work was complete.

If pressure in the water lines drops below 20 psi, the city said it will re-issue the boil alert.

Residents can check the City of Vermilion website for updates.
