SANDUSKY, Ohio - A convicted felon accused of killing an Ohio woman and her two children has been indicted on aggravated murder, rape and aggravated burglary charges.
Curtis Clinton is accused of killing 23-year-old Heather Jackson, her 3-year-old daughter and 18-month-old son. Their bodies were found in their Sandusky home in northern Ohio on Sept. 8. Authorities say they were strangled.
An Erie County grand jury on Wednesday indicted the 41-year-old Clinton on five counts of aggravated murder, three counts of rape, and one count of aggravated burglary.
Two rape charges are for an 18-year-old woman that he's accused of raping earlier this month.
Clinton spent 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the strangling death of a woman in northwest Ohio.
He does not yet have an attorney.
