ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - A woman at a Rocky River restaurant says she was using the restroom when she saw a man peeking into the stall.
The alleged incident happened at Panera shortly after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Rocky River police said.
The woman was standing up inside the restroom and spotted the man’s head, police said. She screamed at him to get out and said she was going to call the cops.
While an officer was responding to Panera, he saw a man walking down Center Ridge Road that matched the description of the suspect. The 53-year-old suspect, David Coughlin, was taken back to the restaurant for identification and then taken into custody.
