WESTLAKE, Ohio - The bomb squad was called out to a Westlake restaurant after employees found a suspicious package that turned out to be a box of menus.
The Carrabba’s on Sperry Drive and neighboring Manero’s were evacuated around 4 p.m. Tuesday, an employee said.
Westlake police said the bomb squad investigated the suspicious box, which contained only restaurant menus.
Employees waited outside Carrabba’s for two hours until the scene was cleared.
