CLEVELAND - Cleveland Fire and EMS were called out for a water rescue near Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica Sunday.
According to the U. S. Coast Guard, an adult male fell into the Cuyahoga River around 2:28 p. m. and needed rescued.
Cleveland EMS, Fire and the U. S. Coast Guard responded to the scene and pulled the male from the water. He was clinging to a ladder at the time of his rescue.
The U. S. Coast Guard reports that the male was responsive but incoherent. He was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition according to Cleveland EMS.
