CLEVELAND - One of the victim’s of last Sunday’s deadly crash at the Dancing in the Streets festival has been released from the hospital.
The father of Constance Pokorny confirms to NewsChannel 5 that she was released from the hospital Friday.
Pokorny suffered a skull fracture after 35-year-old Timothy Spock, of Cleveland, plowed into the barricaded street, according to police. Police say Spock was drunk at the time of the crash.
Pokorny’s boyfriend Mitchell Andelmo and Basil Bass were both killed. Two others were treated and released.
Spock has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and is being held on $150,000 bond.
