Upsy Daisy Cool Beans and Ice Cream comes to Richmond Town Square

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Adding to its list of 75 specialty shops and restaurants, Richmond Town Square scoops up a new ice cream and food tenant.

Upsy Daisy Cool Beans & Ice Cream uses fresh ingredients and no preservatives, including homemade lactose-friendly ice cream.

But ice cream isn't the only feature. Upsy Daisy will also serve open-faced sandwiches, hamburgers, fresh baked sweets, and a variety of blended iced coffees with an international flair.

"We are always pleased to increase the shopping, entertainment and dining options for our mall guests," said Kate Anderson, area director of marketing and business development for Simon Property Group. "We know Upsy Daisy will be a favorite among shoppers this summer and beyond."

Upsy Daisy's grand opening inside the mall is set for June 23.
