CLEVELAND - After pleading guilty in a deadly accident during a "Dancing In The Street" festival last summer, 35-year-old Timothy Spock will be sentenced Dec. 3.

Spock was charged with four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and an OVI charge after police say he plowed into the crowd at the festival on Clifton and West 117th Street last August.

Mitch Andelmo and Basil Bass died and three others were injured in the crash.

Spock's trial is set to get underway at 9 a.m. in Cleveland.
