SOLON, Ohio - A Garfield Heights resident spent a night behind bars after police caught the man urinating along side a highway.
According to Solon police, Samuel L. Holcombe, 62, of Garfield Heights, was arrested on Saturday after police observed the male pulled over on the berm of U.S. 422.
While police were pulling up behind the vehicle, the man was seen exiting the vehicle and walking around its rear where he urinated in front of officers.
The driver submitted a breath test with a result of .221.
The man was arrested and charged for operating a vehicle under the influence.
