STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Strongsville police need your help tracking down the person who threw an object at a substitute teacher’s windshield on the highway, shattering it.
The incident reportedly happened around 4:10 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-71 near the Ohio Turnpike Wednesday.
The substitute teacher reported a late model, dark blue "low-rider" type vehicle with tinted windows and rust on the bottom of the passenger door panel pulled directly next to her car, then sped up as a passenger tossed an object at her car, shattering the windshield.
