PARMA, Ohio - If you are looking for a way to get some exercise while also helping out a good cause, than Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus in Parma is the place to be Saturday, July 7.
The second annual Run for the Pierogies 5K run and one mile fun walk will take place at the college located at 11000 Pleasant Valley Road in Parma.
Proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society Parma Area Relay for Life.
Runners who pre-register online before Friday, July 6 at 9 a.m. are guaranteed a t-shirt, post-race pierogies, drinks and snacks.
Day of registration/check-in Saturday will start at 7 a.m. The 5K run starts at 8:30 a.m. while the one mile fun walk begins at 8:35 a.m.
