Rape, assault reported behind popular Cleveland fast food restaurant

CLEVELAND - Cleveland Police are investigating a reported rape behind a popular fast food chain this weekend.
According to Cleveland Police, a female was reportedly raped behind the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Restaurant located at 17585 Lake Shore Boulevard around 6 a.m. Saturday.
The female was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect has been described as a black male, age 23, 5’10 and 150 lbs. The suspect has a brown complexion and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and brown pants driving a black pick-up truck.
The Cleveland Division of Police is asking that anyone with information connection with this incident to contact the Sex Crimes Unit. Anonymous information can be given to Crime Stoppers by calling 216.252.7463 or Text messaging to Text TIP657 plus your message to Crimes (274637).
