Missing Lakewood mother of two found

LAKEWOOD, Ohio - Lakewood police detectives confirmed they were actively investigating the disappearance of a Lakewood mom.
Shannon Tilden, 27, was last seen on Nov. 11 when she went out on a date with an unknown man.
Tilden's mother told NewsChannel5 that shortly after this story was posted, her daughter called. Lakewood police have not confirmed that she's been located.
Tilden is 5 foot 7, 170 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing white long sleeve shirt, coach scarf, blue jeans and tan Ugg boots, her mother said.
Tilden has two little boys at home.
Lakewood police issued an arrest warrant for Tilden in October and she has other prior convictions.
