BAY VILLAGE, Ohio - An ongoing neighbor dispute in Bay Village took a twist last week when the snow started to fly.
Police said the feud between neighbors on East Oakland escalated last Thursday when one neighbor apparently started throwing snow onto the other’s car.
When police arrived, the victim told officers the suspect was in the woods on her property. Police caught up with her.
According to police, the victim said they had been in court earlier in the day regarding various charges for the ongoing dispute, and the judge ordered them to stay away from each other.
The snow-throwing neighbor was cited for disorderly conduct.
Police said other calls came into the department over the next few day’s about the suspect’s behavior.
