CLEVELAND - A group of 16 NASA employees have hit an astronomical prize, winners of $250,000 in the Mega Millions jackpot, the Ohio Lottery said.
The group of employees hail from a number of Northeast Ohio suburbs.
After federal and state taxes are taken out, the group will split $172,500. That comes to more than $10,000 per person.
They purchased the winning ticket at Warren Village Beverage and State Liquor on Warren Road in Cleveland. The winning numbers were 9-17-18-28-43 and chosen using autopick.
