BEACHWOOD, Ohio - Microsoft announced this week it will soon open a seasonal retail store at Beachwood Place.
The new store is one of 30 in the U.S. and Canada to open as a "holiday store" this fall.
"These holiday stores will allow customers to have hands-on experience with and identify the best Microsoft products for their personal and gift-giving needs," said a spokeswoman for Microsoft.
The Beachwood location is the only holiday store set for Ohio, although a traditional year-round Microsoft Store is slated to open soon in Cincinnati.
The spokeswoman was not able to provide a more specific date than "this fall" for the store opening.
