CLEVELAND - A 19-year-old man was charged Friday in connection with the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old girl on Sunday.

Lateavia Williams was killed when a fight broke out during a party outside a home on Elberon Avenue in East Cleveland.

Marcus Anderson was charged with murder during his arraignment Friday morning. He is currently being held on $2 million bond.

A 16-year-old boy has already been charged in the shooting. He is also facing three counts of felonious assault. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center.

Latiss Irons, 19, of Cleveland, was arrested in Marion County on an aggravated murder warrant. He is currently being held in Marion County awaiting extradition to Cleveland.

During the fight, Williams was shot in the neck and died from her gunshot wound.

Four others were injured during the shooting. One person remains in the hospital "in a chemically-induced coma." Three others were treated and released.
