GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio - A man with a gun robbed the Ohio Savings Bank in Garfield Heights Tuesday afternoon.
The man went into the bank at about 4 p.m., pulled out a semi-automatic gun and demanded cash, FBI special agent Vicki Anderson said. He left the bank and headed toward Carpenter Road, where he might have gotten into a blue Mazda hatchback.
The FBI said the man was in his mid-20s and about 5 foot 9. He was wearing a gray hooded-sweatshirt and black jeans.
No one was injured.
Anyone with information should call the Garfield Police Department at 216-475-1234 or the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Tips can remain anonymous and a reward is available for information leading to the arrest of the robber.
