Man in swimming trunks on motorized scooter reported in Strongsville neighborhood

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Several callers reported seeing a man wearing only swimming trunks while riding a motorized scooter in Strongsville earlier this week.

Strongsville police said that on Dec. 16, several drivers reported seeing the man -- improperly-dressed wearing only swim trunks -- cruising around around on a scooter on Whitney Road near Lowes.

The callers were concerned for his welfare.
